A lady-lawmaker said government should make an institutional intervention in the preservation of one of the country's freshwater wealth and wonders, the reported endangered Sinarapan, or Tabios as it is known in Bicol. AGRI party-list Rep. Delphine Gan Lee is proposing the creation of the Center for the Conservation of the Sinarapan and providing measures for its protection as contained in HB 3791.
