A long spinner dol­phin has been rescued after it was stranded recently along the shore of Barangay Na­panpan, Mondragon, Northern Samar. The dolphin, which was about two me­ters long and weighing 40-50 kilograms, was rescued by a team from the Bureau of Fish­eries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) North­ern Samar Provincial Fishery Office and the Mondragon municipal government.
