The dolphin was stranded on the beach of Sitio Napanpan, Brgy. San Agustin, Mondragon, Northern Samar, recently. It was taken back to sea last Sunday. The animal’s carcass was opened by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Provincial Fisheries Office of Northern Samar to determine the cause of death.en
