Palawan provincial prosecutor Allen Ross Rodriguez disclosed that the nine Chinese fishermen would appear before the Puerto Princesa RTC Branch 51 for arraignment proceedings at 8:30 a.m. During the arraignment, the accused would be asked by the trial court to plead guilty or not guilty on the charges to be read to them by the court’s clerk.en
