The city government here through the city Agriculture's office recently conducted a Tilapia Hatchery Seminar in Barangay Consolacion here, to introduce the new technology on breeding tilapia fingerlings. The seminar was conducted through the request of the consolation Fisherfolk Associaton (CFA) to find better ways of improving the production.
