local.descriptionDespite their refusal to participate in their trial, nine Chinese Fishermen caught poaching off half moon shoal in the disputed Spratly Islands will be arraigned today at the Puerto Princessa Regional Trial Court (RTC). The Chinese fishermen will be arraigned for illegal fishing and poaching cases before the sala of judge Ambrosio de Luna of the Puerto Princessa RTC Brach 51 at 8:30 am., according to Palawan provincial prosecutor Allen Ross Rodriguez. In the hearing, Rodriguez said the accused would be asked by the trial court to plead either guilty or not guilty on the charges to be read to them by the court's clerk.en
