The Chinese fishermen will be arraigned for illegal fishing and poaching cases before the sala of judge Ambrosio de Luna of the Puerto Princessa RTC Brach 51 at 8:30 am., according to Palawan provincial prosecutor Allen Ross Rodriguez.
