The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center, Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) signed a memorandum of agreement with the Cavite State University - Naic Campus (CVSU-NC) to train the CVSU-NC is now ongoing. Weeny Tandang, Instructor III of the CVSU-NC begins her training on Fish Health Management this February. It will wind up in June. Her primary trainor is Dr. Celia Torres.
