The head task Force Tubbataha said the March 23 target of the salvage personnel hired by U.S. government to dismantle the USS Guardian and remove it from the Tubbataha Reef is feasible. "They (salvors) works fast and very professional. Based on my own observation, they were able to accomplish many things since the weather condition has improved," said Commodore Enrico Efren Evangelista, head of Task Force Tubbataha.
