Employees of Shangrila's Mactan Resort and Spa prepare to transfer a fish house to the sea yesterday as part of their maritime conservation programs on Mactan Island, Cebu. Fish houses not only provide shelter for fish but also serve as sites for algae and other invertebrates to grow on.
