This is in reaction to the opinion of Dr. Teodora Bagarinao of the SEAFDEC Aquaculture Department (AQD), which appeared in your newspaper's issue last week. Being AQD Chief Dr. Rolando Platon's newly appointed Training & Information Division (TID) Head, perhaps Bagarinao now sees her role as Platon's official mouthpiece. And, indeed, she has transformed into being one. Very sadly though, her opinion of the more the 80% protesting AQD scientists, her professional colleagues all, and about 60% of the AQD's support staff does not speak well of her stature as one of AQD's very few Senior Scientists.en
