    The Capiz Government, the Aquaculture Department of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC-AQD), and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) will conduct three research projects to boost the local fisheries sector. Gov. Vicente Bermejo said the Collaborative Research Project for Fisheries Development also involves Capiz State University (CAPSU) which will provide the ponds at its campus in Barangay Dayao here for the research projects.
