Exequiel Javier for protection, management and development of the island’s coastal resources. Dr. Joebert Toledo of SEAFDEC said the project in a replication of their previous activity in Malalison Island in the same province year back. Officials of Antique, planners and development workers, non-government organizations, community-based organizations, specifically of farmers and fishermen, entrepreneurs and traders are the beneficiaries of the endeavor.en
