    Excerpt
A memorandum of agreement (MOA) was recently forged between the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) and the office of Antique Cong. Exequiel Javier for protection, management and development of the island’s coastal resources. Dr. Joebert Toledo of SEAFDEC said the project in a replication of their previous activity in Malalison Island in the same province year back. Officials of Antique, planners and development workers, non-government organizations, community-based organizations, specifically of farmers and fishermen, entrepreneurs and traders are the beneficiaries of the endeavor.
