Marcos proposed that a new program, “Pantawid Kita”, specifically for the benefit of farmers and fishermen, be created as a distinct component of the 4Ps program to provide monthly basic income to farmers and fisherfolk in such amounts equivalent, at least, to those given to regular 4Ps beneficiaries.
