The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) has made the first harvest of 200 pieces of seabass in Hamtic, Antique as part of a P5.4-million capacity building "dream project" to boost the country's beaming fisheries potential. The project called the "Institutional Capacity Development on Sustainable Aquaculture" (ICDSA) yielded 200 pieces of seabass weighing a total of 83 kilos or a relatively big fish at almost at half a kilo per fish.
