local.seafdecaqd.extractTwo men were arrested for illegal fishing in a marine reserve in Sagay City, Negros Occidental. Six others managed to evade arrest by jumping off their fishing boat around 8:15 a.m. on Friday, according to the police. Chief Inspector Robert Mansueto, Sagay City police head, identified the arrested men as the 28-year-old boat captain Jason Narciso and 22-year-old Alberto Narciso – both residents of Escalante City, Negros Occidental. Those who escaped were identified as Mayo Narciso, Noli Narciso, Edgardo Narciso, Junmark Gamao, Gerald Reloya, and AJ Olermo.en
