Residents of Baseco Compound in Manila join the clean-up drive initiated by Senator Cynthia Villar near the Manila Bay on Tuesday to ensure continuous flow of water in the vicinity to the onset of water-borne diseases. Sen. Villa also turned over toilet bowls and held mangrove planting in the area with the help of representatives from partner agencies.
