DA Secretary Emmanuel Piñol said bancas will come with a complete set of fishing tools. Each fishing boat, which is made of fiberglass, costs P70,000 each. Piñol said they will give one banca to be shared by two families, who will be responsible for taking care of the fishing boat.en
