Three fishermen were caught red-handed while using dynamite in fishing in waters off Ternate, Cavite, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported Friday. They were taken to the Coast Guard Substation Naic for investigation and their catch confiscated. Appropriate charges were later filed against them in Ternate.
