    Excerpt
President Duterte has commissioned two Philippine-made vessels to fortify agriculture and fisheries-related maritime operations in line with his official endorsement of mixed rice-corn meals for Filipinos to gain more stamina and abate tendencies of diabetic infliction. BRP Lapulapu and BRP Dagohoy, costing R250 million each, will reinforce the 16 small vessels fleet of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources’ (BFAR) in operating against illegal fishing and poaching by foreign fishing boats in the country’s fishing grounds, according to Piñol. Piñol said first the Filipino-made vessels will also ferry food products like fish, vegetables and fruits from the remote areas of the country to population centers, not to mention their imperative role in shuttling relief goods during cases of disasters.
