    Excerpt
Farm technician Butch Juanga made the observation while tending chickens tied to a pole near a mud crab hatchery in Samar back in 2008."When chickens are not allowed to roam, they consume all their feeds and get fat," he told Malaya Business Insight. In his spare time, Juanga experimented with his chicken of an idea at the experimental mud crab hatchery here operated by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center/Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC/AQD).
