A 10-year-old olive ridley sea turtle is released back to a marine sanctuary off the coast of Barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu yesterday by Mayor Paz Radaza and personnel of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office. The distressed turtle was rescued in Hinatungan Channel last week and nurtured back to health in Lapu-Lapu City.
