Zamboanga City CENRO chief Ben Acana said the mangrove rehabilitation and reforestation effort including the rehabilitation of beach forest is part of the National Greening Program (NGP) of the national government, one of the pet program of President Benigno Aquino III. Acana said the program’s funding will come from the DENR regional office in the Zamboanga peninsula or Region 9.en
