    The head of the United Nations' special agency responsible for maintaining safety and security in shipping are prevention of marine pollution in town for an international conference addressing safety issues on passenger shipping. International Maritime Organization (IMO) Secretary-General Koji Sekimizu will join international experts in maritime safety at the Philippine International Convention Center today for the Conference On Enhanced Safety of Passenger Ships Carrying Passengers on Non-International Voyage.
