Undersized bangus (milkfish) are piled on the floor of the Tarang Fishport in Bolinao, Pangasinan, where fishermen are forced to harvest them too early avoid huge losses due to fish kill that has started along the Caquipotan Channel. Local officials have reported that trucksload of dead fish have been collected along the shore since Saturday.
