    More or less 650 kilos of angel wings, locally known as "diwal" were gathered by divers Wednesday, the first day of the harvest season. Mayor Angel Alan Celino said the harvest season covers the waters of Sitio Palhi to Stio Bool, both Brgy. Talon here. Under City Ordinance 016-2007 (Utilization, Management, Conservation and Regulation of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources of Roxas City), a special permit from the city government is needed before anyone can gather diwal.
