    Excerpt
A pilot scale seedstock production of the delicacy softshell crabs in Tigbauan, Iloilo looks forward to improved Philippine crab revenue which has been depressed in many decades. The pilot site is located at the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC)-Aquaculture Department’s (AD) Dumangas brackishwater station in Tigbauan, Iloilo. The aim of SEAFDEC-AD is to produce more soft shell crabs out of hatchery-produced seedstocks.
