Dr. Emilia 'Babes' Quinitio is the project leader of the National Mud Crab Science and Technology Program is being financially supported by the Department of Science and Technology through the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD). She is a scientist with the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC/AQD).
