Forestry officials of the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Lianga, Surigao del Sur, led by Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer (CENRO) Hernan Ramirez, joined hands in undertaking a massive mangrove planting campaign that would protect the Pacific Ocean-facing towns of Lianga and Ganayon.
