Under the ordinance, the city will create the Bangus Industry Development Council (BIDC) to be the policy-making body; the Bangus Industry Development Office (BIDO), the implementing body of the BIDC, the Accreditation, Monitoring, Branding and Marketing Teams under BIDO and the Technical Working Group as coordinating body to the BIDC. With this system in place, it would be easy for milkfish lovers to identify the world-renowned Dagupan bangus from milkfish grown in other areas.en
