local.seafdecaqd.extract | Local fishermen got quite a big surprise when they found a six-meter-long whale shark caught in their net in Barangay Camindoroan, here, the other day. Ilocos Sur's Fish Regulatory Officer Benny Saraos said local fishermen discovered their big catch after pulling their net to low-level beach water around 2 p.m. Sunday. Lucky for the whale shark, its captors were careful in handling it, taking it out of the water and later releasing it back to the high seas. | en |
