A criminal complaint for violation of Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Section 88 (Fishing through Explosives, Noxious or Poisonous Substance, and/or Electricity) of Republic Act 8550 was filed against the erring fishermen before the Provincial Prosecutor's Office yesterday.en
