The Protected Area and Ecotourism Management Board has adopted a resolution regulating maritime navigation and the passage of watercraft in between the Great and Little Sta. Cruz Islands in this city to ensure the protection of the marine resources and overall security of the area. The resolution also seeks to prohibit and regulate the docking of fishing boats in the island.
