Gov. Arthur Defensor, Sr. recently approved the release of P300,000 for stream bank reforestation along Asue River in Brgy. Agbobolo, Ajuy; Aganan River in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, San Miguel; Jalaud River in Brgy. Tabucan, Barotac Nuevo; Tangyan River in Brgy. Igtalongon, Igbaras; Aganan River in Brgy. Bagumbayan, Alimodian; and Sibalom River in Brgy. Poblacion, Tigbauan. ART for CCA uses the "ridge-to-reef" approach which refers to the planting of tree seedlings in upland areas and planting of mangrove propagules in coastal area.en
