Lacson of Alipata village, Carles left his wife and two children home after he was arrested by the Iloilo Provincial Bantay Dagat Task Force on May 28, 2016. Seized from Lacson’s possession were six kilos of assorted fishes, which tested positive for cyanide when examined by Antonio Lobredo of the Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College-Concepcion Campus.en
