    Excerpt
A Chinese investor engaged in commercial fishing and shipbuilding is exploiting the possibility of putting up an aqua-culture processing plant in this city, which would create more than 10,000 jobs for Davaoeños. Ortonio said the Chinese investor is currently looking for a possible area where they can build their plant to process marine products for export to China and other markets abroad. “The plant will process marine products to dried goods that will be exported mainly to China,” he said.
