    Visayas governors will be meeting on July 22 to talk about possible actions to be taken to stop illegal fishing in their waters considered as one of the country's richest fishing grounds. Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor Sr., in a press conference on Thursday, said illegal fishing is still a major problem in the Visayan Sea until now. Mayors from the northern part of Iloilo are also invited to attend the meeting specifically those from the towns of Carles, Balasan, Batad, San Dionisio, Concepcion, Estancia, Barotac Viejo and Banate.
