Developed by Central Luzon State University and funded by the Bureau of Agricultural Research, tilapia ice cream won during the SIAL Asean-Manila 2016 held at the World Trade Center in Manila. The product received a gold medal as the Innovation World Winner. The Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Service of the Agriculture Department invited tilapia ice cream to be showcased during the SIAL Asean-Manila 2016.en
