Policemen in Bacolod led a simultaneous clean-up of rivers around the city on Saturday as part of the observance of the 23rd Police Community Relations (PCR) Month. Chief Inspector Sherlock Gabana, Bacolod police public information officer and PCR Unit officer-in-charge, said the activity was participated in by personnel from the headquarters and all 10 police stations. The police team joined by barangay officials, force multipliers and students, started the clean-up around 6 a.m.
