This town is planning a temporary fishing ban to stop over fishing and poaching in the municipal waters. Cabucgayan Mayor Edwin Masbang, chairman of Biliran Coastal Eco-system Fishery Management Council, said the ban will last for two months. The ban will be implemented after the result of research is released.
