    Two of the three vessels involved in the oil spills in Bataan were found to have histories of criminal activities, the Department of Justice (DOJ) revealed on Tuesday, Aug. 13. DOJ Undersecretary Raul T. Vasquez said the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has discovered that MKTR Jason Bradley and MV Mirola 1 may have been involved in criminal activities in the past.
