The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)-Northern Negros Occidental has conducted a search and rescue (SAR) operation after a crew member of a fishing vessel was reported missing in the waters between Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, and Balidian Island, Concepcion, Iloilo, last Saturday. Commander Jansen Benjamin, head of PCG-Northern Negros Occidental, said that 24-year-old Leodigario Brosas of Victorias City, Negros Occidental, was last seen asleep aft of the fishing vessel after a fishing venture on Friday night.
