Punta Engaño Barangay Captain Crisanto Estardo told SunStar Cebu on Wednesday, March 4, that the City Government, through the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (Cenro), coordinated with him after Mayor Ma. Cynthia “Cindi” King-Chan directed officials to take action. Chan issued the directive, noting that the barangay is a well-known tourism area with several hotels.en
