Ayungin, or silver perch, scientifically called Leiopotherapon plumbeus, is also known locally as bugaong, bigaong, and bagaong. They are silver theraponid fish and a highly prized endemic freshwater species in the Philippines, often found in Laguna de Bay. | en |
