    Excerpt
The red tide contamination in Eastern Visayas has spread to the waters of Biliran province. Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Regional Director Juan Albaladejo said that the latest laboratory tests confirm the presence of the red tide toxin in coastal waters of Naval, Biliran. Albadejo said samples from Naval showed that the shellfish toxicity level was above the acceptable limit.
