A fishing boat capsized off El Nido, Palawan due to heavy rains and big waves caused by Tropical Storm "Crising" on Saturday, July 19. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said three fishermen were rescued from their fishing boat which flipped off Pasandigan Cove.
