    The “Tapuakan” river here was adjudged as the Cleanest, Safest and Greenest Inland Body of Water, recently, in the Provincial Search for Cleanest, Safest and Greenest (CSG) municipality in the year 2014. Tapuakan river was proclaimed for its cool, fine stream that overflows from the mountains range and surrounded with rock formations. The program aims to recognize the efforts of LGUs in managing the environment and promoting people’s participation in all local governance and operations.
