Eight persons and three fishing boats were apprehended Tuesday afternoon for alleged illegal fishing in the waters of Roxas City. The Roxas City Bantay Dagat identified the arrested suspects as Rizaldy Arrojado, 58; Ramil Celorico; Erol Pandez; Felicito Romano 42; Mark Dela Cruz, 19; Reynaldo Rago, 57; Willy Abayon; and Winefredo Alayon, 54, all of Barangay Libas here.
