BFAR 7 Regional Director Mario Ruinata met with incoming Bantayan Mayor Orlando Layese on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, to finalize the transfer of the legislated hatchery to the Bantayan LGU, which will now take over its operations starting January 1, 2026.en
