According to DENR Region 2 Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan, both the DENR and NIA have renewed their commitment to the rehabilitation of the Magat Watershed Forest Reserve (MWFR) covering the provinces of Isabela and Nueva Vizcaya.en
